Greetings:

It has been 31 days since my last email that set about the kickoff of the Magbinaydan 2011. There are numerous responses and feedbacks throwing strong support for the momentous event. Sounds like the excitement is building up and we need to switch to higher gear to go to the next level.

At this juncture, the organizing committee realizes that this event is so big for enough planning given the amount of time left. Our immediate goals: finalize the activities, initiate fundraising events to support potential community projects, determine the registration fee and set up a budget plan.

In order for us to facilitate and properly implement our plans, we have formulated a simple survey questionnaire attached hereto in Word format for easy access. We would like to request everyone reached by this message to please respond by November 30, 2009. The reason for it is that I am planning to go home to Iriga in February 2010, the very same week the Magbinaydan 2011 will be held the following year. While in Iriga, I expect to have the opportunity to observe firsthand the local activities that will take place that week, probably meet with the city officials and discuss how our affair and other events could be scheduled in conjunction with those activities. I will also scout for a place where we can hold our social night, which is the reason why I need some tentative headcounts by November 30. To be sure, there will be more businesses related to Magbinaydan 2011 that I would like to attend to if my schedule allows.

Upon my return the final registration form will be released and the events committee members will be organized.
